My name is Rosie.
Figuratively speaking, I am a woman of many hats. I enjoy writing, cooking, renovating my home, woodworking, gardening, cleaning (believe it or not), and sponging up some extra knowledge; can never have enough of that. I also enjoy teaching my daughter how teen-aged humans think, what their words really mean, and how to not get caught-up in the madness. The way she handles situations has become quite impressive.
My number one focus is my family; which consists of my husband, our daughter, and our two Teddy Roosevelt Terrier pups. Number two is our home, which I love but I’m beginning to feel like a servant to its endless needs. Next is my career; a new adventure that is the perfect fit for me.
I’ve spent most of my life right here in The Region (aka Northwest Indiana). I moved away for a good handful of years, but this place pulled me back in. There’s some kind of strange gravity here, and I guess it will always be home. add another page.
